Copyright Policy

Practical Illusions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of timelapseforge.com (the “Site”) to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of material on the Site that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site (such as the URL);
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What We Do With a Notice

If we receive a notice that meets the requirements above, we will review it and, where appropriate and in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward your notice to the person who posted the material, and we may take other action as appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material of yours was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
