Other Complaint Policy

This policy covers complaints about material on timelapseforge.com (the “Site”) that are not copyright complaints. For copyright matters, please use our Copyright Policy instead.

Reporting Other Violations (Including Trademark)

If you believe in good faith that material on the Site infringes your rights other than copyright — for example, your trademark rights — or is otherwise unlawful, please send a notice to support@practicalillusions.com that includes all of the following:

1. Your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number;
2. A description of the material you believe violates your rights or is otherwise unlawful, and the part of that material you believe should be corrected or removed;
3. The location of the material on the Site (such as the URL);
4. If you believe the material violates your rights, a statement explaining the basis of the rights you claim are being violated;
5. If you believe the material is unlawful or violates the rights of others, a statement explaining the basis for that belief;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized and that the information you have provided is accurate and submitted in good faith; and
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

What We Do With a Notice

If we receive a notice that meets all of these requirements, we will review it and, where appropriate and in our sole discretion, take action. We may share your notice with the person who posted the material in question or with any other relevant party.
